I am trying to set up my own resume but I have never done it before. I want a simple way to get all the information needed without overstocking the page with filler or pointless things. Is there an easy and simple resume format I can follow?
A basic or simple resume format will often look like this, as an outline:
Descriptive Sentence (About work ethic)
The above post basically highlights everything you need. You want to add a bit to it to make it more personalized like bullet points, make color blocks, things of that nature but don't overdo it!

This is the general outline of basic/simple resumes that works. You can add your own flair to it using colored dividers and all that but the basis is good.
Go with what is mentioned but be sure to really highlight your skills so they know that they are work reading. I would recommend doing those in bullet points since they tend to be only a few words each.
